🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across European and international destinations. You’ll set the tone for excellence on every sector—from decisive operational planning to calm, confident command in all phases of flight.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Exercise full command of Citation M2/CJ series operations in accordance with company manuals and EASA regulations.
  • Lead preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel strategy; make sound, safety-led decisions.
  • Champion CRM, SOP discipline, and a just-culture mindset on every flight.
  • Deliver a premium passenger experience with professional, discreet service.
  • Maintain aircraft documentation, reporting, and timely feedback to flight ops and safety management.
  • Support training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • License: EASA CPL / IR / ME
  • Type rating: Required on Citation M2/CJ Series
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Language: Fluency in German; proficient English
  • Accident/incident: Clean record
  • Psychological assessment: Positive/valid
  • Security clearance: Reliability per Section 7 of the Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG)
  • Background check: Current
  • Passport: Valid without restrictions; second passport an advantage
  • Driver’s license: Class B
  • Open to lic. holders: EASA

✨ Preferred

  • Additional type rating: Ideally, Citation C560XLS
  • Recent time on type and strong knowledge of European business aviation operations
  • Demonstrated customer-service mindset and polished cabin etiquette

Meeting minimum requirements is essential; preferred qualifications will strengthen your application.
