✈️ The role
As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations across executive charter missions from our Munich base, delivering a premium experience to our clients while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Command Citation M2/CJ series aircraft on charter flights
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Demonstrate sound decision-making in dynamic operational environments
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent aeroways GmbH professionally
- Mentor and collaborate closely with flight crew and ground teams
🧭 What you will bring
- Valid JAR-ATPL
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
- Current, valid type rating
- Strong safety mindset and a proactive, client-focused approach
- Excellent CRM and communication skills
🧰 Preferred experience
- Current or recent Citation M2/CJ series type rating and operational experience
- Executive or corporate jet charter background
