🧭 The Opportunity
As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations on the Citation M2/CJ series. You will uphold DGCA standards, mentor crew, and deliver a refined travel experience while maintaining uncompromising compliance and readiness.
🧰 What You'll Do
- Act as PIC on the Citation M2/CJ series, ensuring the highest safety standards and operational discipline.
- Plan and execute flights: performance, fuel, alternates, W&B, weather, NOTAMs, and dispatch coordination.
- Comply with company SOPs, SMS, and all applicable DGCA regulations.
- Demonstrate strong CRM, lead small crews effectively, and maintain professional cabin etiquette and client confidentiality.
- Oversee pre-/post-flight inspections and ensure meticulous documentation, including licenses, medical, and recency.
- Maintain currency and at least six months validity on the appropriate aircraft type rating.
- Adapt to operational needs, including short-notice base changes within India.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- License: ATPL — DGCA
- Medical: Class 1
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- Jet Time: 1,000 hours
- In-Type (Citation M2/CJ): 300 hours
- Type Rating: Required on Citation M2/CJ series
- Type Rating Validity: At least 6 months remaining
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
- FRTOL: Current FRTOL (India)
- RTR: Current WPC RTR
- Right to Work: Must hold valid work authorization in India (visa sponsorship not provided)
- Mobility: Comfortable to relocate as per company requirement at short notice

- Proven, safety-first PIC judgement and calm decision-making.
- Strong CRM and leadership in two-crew or single-pilot IFR environments.
- Confidence with modern avionics typically found on the M2/CJ series (e.g., Garmin flight decks).
- Meticulous regulatory compliance and documentation discipline.
- Discreet, service-oriented approach with high-net-worth and corporate clientele.
