Citation M2/CJ Series Captain – India (Permanent)

🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations on the Citation M2/CJ series. You will uphold DGCA standards, mentor crew, and deliver a refined travel experience while maintaining uncompromising compliance and readiness.

🧰 What You'll Do

• Act as PIC on the Citation M2/CJ series, ensuring the highest safety standards and operational discipline.
• Plan and execute flights: performance, fuel, alternates, W&B, weather, NOTAMs, and dispatch coordination.
• Comply with company SOPs, SMS, and all applicable DGCA regulations.
• Demonstrate strong CRM, lead small crews effectively, and maintain professional cabin etiquette and client confidentiality.
• Oversee pre-/post-flight inspections and ensure meticulous documentation, including licenses, medical, and recency.
• Maintain currency and at least six months validity on the appropriate aircraft type rating.
• Adapt to operational needs, including short-notice base changes within India.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

• License: ATPL — DGCA
• Medical: Class 1
• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• Jet Time: 1,000 hours
• In-Type (Citation M2/CJ): 300 hours
• Type Rating: Required on Citation M2/CJ series
• Type Rating Validity: At least 6 months remaining
• Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
• FRTOL: Current FRTOL (India)
• RTR: Current WPC RTR
• Right to Work: Must hold valid work authorization in India (visa sponsorship not provided)
• Mobility: Comfortable to relocate as per company requirement at short notice

• Proven, safety-first PIC judgement and calm decision-making.
• Strong CRM and leadership in two-crew or single-pilot IFR environments.
• Confidence with modern avionics typically found on the M2/CJ series (e.g., Garmin flight decks).
• Meticulous regulatory compliance and documentation discipline.
• Discreet, service-oriented approach with high-net-worth and corporate clientele.
