Spree Flug is growing and looking for an experienced Captain to join our Citation M2/CJ series operation in Fürstenwalde. You will fly engaging corporate and charter missions with the backing of a professional team, high-level operational support, and a genuinely family-like atmosphere.

🧰 What you will do

• Operate Citation M2/CJ series aircraft on corporate and charter missions as Pilot-in-Command.
• Lead safe, efficient flight operations, including thorough pre-flight planning, inspections, and safety checks.
• Apply strong crew resource management and sound decision-making in all phases of flight.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory, company, and safety procedures at all times.

🧰 What you bring

• Valid EASA ATPL and current Citation M2/CJ type rating.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written); ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Class B driving license and a fully valid passport.
• Proven teamwork, sense of responsibility, commitment, loyalty, and reliability.
• Well-groomed appearance with polite and professional manners.
• Calm, composed performance under time pressure and operational stress.
