🧭 The Opportunity

As a Captain on AirSprint’s Citation M2/CJ series, you’ll lead every flight with precision, judgment, and a service mindset. You’ll navigate evolving schedules and unfamiliar destinations with confidence, supported by a robust operations team dedicated to seamless execution and owner satisfaction.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Operate Citation M2/CJ series aircraft safely and efficiently in line with company SOPs and policies.
  • Adapt to changing daily operations, unknown destinations, and variable routes with full company support.
  • Respond promptly to irregular operations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to aircraft owners, ensuring a premium private aviation experience.
  • Exercise sound pilot decision‑making and leadership in all phases of flight.
  • Collaborate closely with the AirSprint team, exemplifying company values on every trip.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

  • License: ATPL.
  • Experience: Minimum 3,000 hours total time and 1,000 hours PIC.
  • Travel readiness: Able to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe; able to travel to the U.S. for training as a passenger.
  • Eligibility: Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas.
  • Clearances: Ability to obtain a RAIC and Corporate CANPASS privileges; successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Safety & compliance: Pre‑employment alcohol and drug testing required.
  • Physical capability: Able to regularly lift/push/pull at least 30 pounds.
  • Professionalism: Strong SOP discipline, owner‑focused service, and adaptability to changing operational demands.
