Citation M2/CJ Series First Officer (Type-Rated)

✈️ The Opportunity

As a Citation M2/CJ Series First Officer, you’ll partner with a seasoned Captain to deliver safe, smooth, and efficient flights across domestic and international routes. You’ll apply exacting standards, sound judgment, and crisp communication while operating modern CJ-series aircraft in a professional Part 135 environment.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Execute all First Officer duties to the highest standard, supporting the PIC in accordance with company SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead preflight planning: performance calculations, weight and balance, FMS programming, weather/NOTAM analysis, and international documentation.
• Operate the Citation M2/CJ series safely in FAR Part 135 operations, ensuring compliance with FAA, ICAO, and international procedures.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and client services to deliver an on-time, guest-focused experience.
• Apply disciplined CRM, threat and error management, and sound decision-making in all phases of flight.
• Maintain accurate flight logs, operational paperwork, and digital records while safeguarding company and client confidentiality.
• Represent the flight department with professionalism and a well-groomed appearance at all times.

🧰 What You Bring

• Type rating: Current CE-525 (Citation M2/CJ Series) type rating.
• Regulatory fluency: Working knowledge of FAR Part 135, FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations.
• Technical mastery: Strong understanding of aircraft systems and limitations; skilled at resolving technical issues, interpreting technical documentation, and applying procedures effectively.
• Operational excellence: Proven ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet objectives without supervision while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• People & communication: Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Tech savvy: Proficient with word processing, email, and web-based/mobile applications.
• Professionalism: Team-first mindset, calm under pressure, and committed to safety, service, and a well-groomed appearance in line with company standards.
• Travel-ready: Valid passport and ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.

🌟 Minimum Flight Experience

• Total Time: 2,000 hours
• Multi-Engine: 200 hours
• Type Rating: Required (Citation M2/CJ Series – CE-525)
