Citation Jet Captain (Part 91/135) – Iowa City & Galesburg

🧰 What you’ll do

• Serve as PIC for Part 91 and 135 missions, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, weather, and risk assessments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Jet Air Inc. with professionalism.
• Apply sound CRM; mentor and collaborate effectively with crewmembers and ground teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of FAA, FCC, and environmental regulations and company SOPs.
• Operate in varied environments, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather.

🧾 What you’ll bring

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating.
• Instrument Rating with current currency.
• First Class Medical.
• ATP Certificate preferred (ATPL/CPL acknowledged per posting).
• 3,000 hours total time.
• 1,500 hours PIC in turbine or jet aircraft.
• 250 hours instrument and night time.
• Experience in Citation 500 or 560XL series preferred.
• FCC license preferred.
• Valid passport.
• Working knowledge of applicable FCC, FAA, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent customer relations and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform service operations outdoors in extreme temperatures and inclement weather.

• Primary bases: Iowa City, IA and Galesburg, IL.
• Operations: Part 91 & Part 135.
