Join a professional flight department flying the renowned Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+. We welcome non-type rated candidates and provide full training to set you up for success on domestic and international missions. If you bring strong fundamentals, great CRM, and a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ as First Officer on diverse domestic and international missions, prioritizing safety, compliance, and passenger comfort.
- Support the PIC through all phases of flight: planning, performance, weight & balance, weather/NOTAMs, fuel requirements, and alternates.
- Execute SOPs, checklists, and CRM best practices to the highest standard of airmanship.
- Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance to maximize readiness, reliability, and on-time performance.
- Deliver a polished, discreet level of service to clients and stakeholders.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- License: CPL — FAA license holders
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Travel: Able to travel internationally without restriction
- Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship not provided
🌟 Preferred experience
- Recent initial/recurrent training in type within the last 36 months.
- International operations experience.
- Time on other Citation variants.
- A strong Part 135 background.
📚 Training and growth
We welcome Non‑Type Rated pilots. You’ll complete a structured type training program for the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, followed by ongoing recurrent training and line mentorship with experienced Captains to support your professional development.
