Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ Captain (Type Rating Provided)

🧭 The Role

As Captain, you’ll lead every phase of flight with a safety-first mindset and strong decision-making. You’ll work closely with your crew and ground teams to deliver reliable, comfortable, and efficient corporate travel.

• Exercise pilot-in-command authority, ensuring safe, compliant operations and exemplary airmanship.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, weather, and operational risk assessments.
• Adhere to SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Foster a professional cockpit culture and mentor crew members.
• Represent the flight department with discretion, professionalism, and customer focus.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 2,500+ hours
• PIC Time: 500+ hours
• License: Valid ATPL (TCCA)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 minimum
• Type Rating: Not required — full training provided

🌟 Preferred

• Corporate/business aviation experience (asset, not required).
• Strong CRM, SMS, and SOP discipline.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

🧭 Training & Onboarding

You will receive comprehensive type training for the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, followed by line indoctrination with experienced mentors and ongoing recurrent training to maintain currency and proficiency.
