Location: Fully remote; home-based anywhere within two hours of an airport in the lower 48 United States
Operation: Part 135, family-owned environment
Aircraft: Cessna Citation Excel CE-560XL
Schedule: 8/6 or 15/13; travel days included in the rotation
Base Salary: $130,000 plus per diem, overtime, and holiday pay
Travel: 100% company-paid while on duty and for commuting to/from work

Ventura Air Services is seeking a dependable, customer-focused PIC for its established Citation Excel program. You’ll join a tight-knit team that values safety, professionalism, and long-term career growth—while enjoying the flexibility of a home base and predictable rotations.

🧭 Where You’ll Be Based

Home Base: Anywhere within two hours of a commercial-service airport in the lower 48 U.S.
Rotations: Choose 8/6 or 15/13; company-paid travel days are built into your schedule
Operations: Domestic and international missions

🧰 What You’ll Do

Serve as PIC on the CE-560XL, executing safe, efficient domestic and international operations
Deliver exceptional passenger care with strong communication and professional presence
Model a strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented collaboration
Uphold Ventura’s standards of safety, stability, and service on every leg
Optional: Take on added responsibilities as a company instructor, standards/IOE captain, or Check Airman (with additional compensation when assigned)

🌟 What You Bring

Certificates & Medical: ATP and First Class Medical
Experience in Type: CE-560XL experience with at least 250 hours in type
Total Time: 3,000+ hours total time; 1,500+ hours PIC
Travel Eligibility: Able to travel internationally without restriction
Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

🧠 Preferred

Initial or recurrent training in type within the last 36 months
500+ hours in type and prior international operating experience
Strong Part 135 background and experience on other Citation variants
Demonstrated record of safety, stability, excellent customer service, and communication
Career-driven mindset with interest in long-term growth and upgrades

💼 Minimum Flight Time

Total Time: 3,000+ hours
PIC Time: 1,500+ hours
In Type (CE-560XL): 250+ hours (preferred 500+)

Base Salary: $130,000
Per Diem: $80/day domestic; $95/day international
Additional Pay: Exceptional overtime and holiday pay
