✈️ The opportunity

As the Citation Excel Captain, you’ll command CE-560 operations, set the tone for safety and service, and represent WMA with professionalism on every leg. You’ll work with a skilled team that prioritizes operational excellence and pilot quality of life.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Serve as Pilot in Command for Citation Excel flights under Part 135.
• Lead all phases of flight planning and execution, including performance, weather, fuel, and risk analysis.
• Ensure strict compliance with company manuals, SOPs, and all applicable regulations.
• Deliver a polished passenger experience and clear, professional communication.
• Maintain currency, readiness for checks, and meticulous recordkeeping.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and crew to achieve on-time, safe operations.

🧰 What you bring

• Experience: Minimum 2,500 hours total time, including 500 hours turbine and 100 hours turbine PIC.
• Part 135: Prior Part 135 operating experience required.
• Type rating: Current CE-560 (Citation Excel) type rating.
• Medical & currency: Current FAA First Class Medical; current instrument proficiency, line check, and route check.
• Licensing: FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with Multi-Engine Land; FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
• Attributes: Safety-first mindset, sound judgment, excellent CRM and communication skills.

• Minimum 23 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel in/out of the United States without restriction.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a 10-year background check.
• Must pass FAA Drug and Alcohol Program testing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
