As Captain (PIC), you’ll take command of Citation Excel operations, championing safety, precision, and exceptional service. You’ll set the tone on every flight—from meticulous planning and procedural excellence to warm, discreet, private club-level hospitality.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Pilot in Command on Citation Excel flights, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Lead comprehensive flight planning: performance, weight & balance, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and alternates.
  • Adhere to FAA regulations, company SOPs, and SMS best practices.
  • Exercise strong CRM, mentor the flight team, and coordinate seamlessly with maintenance and scheduling.
  • Deliver discreet, private club-level service; set a calm, professional tone in the cabin and cockpit.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through recurrent training, checking, and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and risk management on every sector.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Airline Transport license (ATPL / FAA ATP) with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
  • Current Citation Excel type rating.
  • Recent experience flying a Citation jet within the last 24 months.
  • U.S. citizen with a valid U.S. passport.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • No incidents, accidents, or FAA actions/suspensions.
