Citation CJ3+ Captain (PIC) — Cyprus or Germany

🧭 The opportunity

As a Citation CJ3+ Captain with AXIS Aviation, you will take command of international missions across Europe and beyond, delivering safe, compliant and discreet service to discerning passengers. You will be part of a supportive, professional team operating under an Austrian OE AOC, with ongoing training and long-term development on a modern aircraft.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Plan and conduct safe, compliant international flights as PIC in accordance with all applicable regulations and company SOPs.
• Manage end-to-end flight preparation: performance and route planning, weather, NOTAMs, fuel and alternates.
• Carry out thorough pre- and post-flight inspections and complete all required operational documentation.
• Provide discreet, passenger-focused service while coordinating seamlessly with crew, ATC, handlers and ground teams.
• Support aircraft care and maintenance coordination in liaison with the technical department.

🌟 What you bring

• Valid EASA or ICAO pilot licence with relevant PIC qualifications and experience.
• Valid EASA medical and licence eligibility for commercial and private operations under an Austrian (OE) AOC.
• Proven international business aviation experience with strong knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Fluent English, with professionalism, reliability, safety awareness and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to fly international routes and hold valid European and/or Swiss work permission.

🧩 Preferred

• C525 multi-pilot operation type rating with differences course to CJ3+.
• Additional languages beyond English.
