American Jet International is recruiting a Captain to join the Citation CE-560XL fleet in Dallas, TX. This PIC role blends world-class customer service with rigorous compliance in a Part 135 charter environment. You’ll operate independently from a remote base, enjoying a unique lifestyle compared to typical 135 schedules—while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command of CE-560XL flights within a Part 135 operation.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, fuel planning, weather/NOTAM review, and alternate strategy.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from curb to cabin, with professional, anticipatory service.
• Maintain strict adherence to FAA regulations and company SOPs, with uncompromising safety and risk management.
• Operate effectively from a remote base, managing logistics, coordination, and communication with dispatch/maintenance.
• Ensure precise recordkeeping: flight logs, duty/rest, MEL/CDL, and post-flight reporting.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• License: ATP certificate preferred; ICAO ATPL accepted.
• Medical: Current 1st Class Medical.
• Flight Time: 2,500+ hours total time preferred.
• Experience: Previous Part 135 experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of 14 CFR and FAA regulations.
• Meets the requirements of 14 CFR 135.243(a)(1) & (c).
• Acceptable driving record; able to pass a background check.
• Commitment to a zero-tolerance, drug-free workplace.
• Reside within 45 minutes of Dallas Love Field (KDAL).
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and excellent CRM/communication skills.
