  • Command the Citation C525 (CJ/M2) with an unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Deliver a seamless, discreet, and premium charter experience to executive clientele.
  • Lead flight preparation, performance calculations, route and weather planning, and risk assessment.
  • Foster first-class crew resource management and mentor best practices within an ATO environment.
  • Represent Star Wings professionally with operators, handlers, and airport authorities.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 1000 PIC hours, with a strong record of safe, efficient operations.
  • Proven captaincy on light jets or comparable multi-crew, high-performance aircraft.
  • Familiarity with the Citation C525 (CJ/M2) environment and charter mission profiles is a plus.
  • Exceptional decision-making, CRM, and customer service mindset.
  • Flexibility to support dynamic charter schedules and short-notice missions.
