PCJ is seeking a full-time Citation 525 (C525) Captain to fly Part 91 and Part 135 operations.   • Location: Oakland, CA (local base), or Home-Based via approved gateways; Drive-in commuter option available

🧭 The Mission

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and customer-centric operations across PCJ’s Part 91/135 missions. You’ll set the tone for a positive flight experience, uphold rigorous standards, and collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and crewmembers to deliver on-time, polished service.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command Citation 525 flights with uncompromising safety, compliance, and professionalism.
  • Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to FAR Part 91/135 procedures and company policies.
  • Lead cockpit resource management, mentor SICs, and foster a culture of transparent, respectful communication.
  • Deliver an elevated passenger experience with a calm, customer-first mindset.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports; coordinate proactively with maintenance for aircraft readiness.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Licenses: CPL required; ATPL / ATP preferred.
  • Type/Experience: 250+ hours PIC in Citation 525 (C525).
  • Multi-Engine PIC: 2000+ hours.
  • Total Time: 3500+ hours.
  • Regulatory: Strong working knowledge of Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
  • Service Mindset: Professional, customer-focused communication and demeanor.

📍 Basing & Commuting

  • Locally Based: Live within ~2 hours driving distance of Oakland, CA.
  • Home-Based (Gateway): Live within ~1 hour of approved gateway airports.
  • Drive-In Commuter: Live within ~4 hours of Oakland, CA.
