As a Captain on our Cirrus SR20/22 fleet, you’ll deliver industry-leading aviation support so lifesaving gifts reliably reach the people who need them most.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights in the Cirrus SR20/22 to support organ recovery and transplant logistics across the U.S.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and risk assessments with a safety-first mindset.
  • Maintain strict compliance with FARs, company procedures, and aircraft flight manuals.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch and clinical recovery teams to align departure, recovery, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and accurate documentation, including flight logs and post-mission reports.
  • Participate in recurrent training to maintain proficiency and mission readiness.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 1,000 hours total time.
  • FAA CPL with IR.
  • Current FAA Class 2 Medical.
  • High Performance endorsement.
  • Thorough knowledge of FARs, Flight Manuals, and instructions pertinent to assigned duties.
  • Demonstrated IFR proficiency, sound judgment, and excellent cockpit resource management.
  • Clear, professional communication and a collaborative approach with clinical and operations teams.
  • Commitment to mission reliability, attention to detail, and compassionate service.

  • Recent experience in type (Cirrus SR20/22).
  • Background in time-critical aviation operations or medical/logistics support.
