🧰 What You’ll Do

Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights in the Cirrus SR20/22 to support organ recovery and transplant logistics across the U.S.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and risk assessments with a safety-first mindset.
Maintain strict compliance with FARs, company procedures, and aircraft flight manuals.
Coordinate closely with dispatch and clinical recovery teams to align departure, recovery, and delivery timelines.
Ensure aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and accurate documentation, including flight logs and post-mission reports.
Participate in recurrent training to maintain proficiency and mission readiness.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

Minimum 1,000 hours total time.
FAA CPL with IR.
Current FAA Class 2 Medical.
High Performance endorsement.
Thorough knowledge of FARs, Flight Manuals, and instructions pertinent to assigned duties.
Demonstrated IFR proficiency, sound judgment, and excellent cockpit resource management.
Clear, professional communication and a collaborative approach with clinical and operations teams.
Commitment to mission reliability, attention to detail, and compassionate service.

➕ Preferred Qualifications

Recent experience in type (Cirrus SR20/22).
Background in time-critical aviation operations or medical/logistics support.
