✈️ The Opportunity

As Captain/PIC, you hold final authority for safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations. You’ll blend disciplined flight planning and risk management with polished passenger care—executing Standard Operating Procedures, staying current on training, and leading with professionalism on every mission.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete flight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance for every leg.
  • Lead briefings using the TPC (Threats, Plans and Considerations) methodology to mitigate operational risk.
  • Follow company SOPs; coordinate closely with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Operations.
  • Serve as Ground Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator per company policy.
  • Execute thorough preflight checks, including maintenance status and discrepancy recording per SOP.
  • Oversee fueling, oil, oxygen, and all ground servicing to ensure mission readiness.
  • Conduct regulatory passenger briefings; deliver attentive, discreet service and accommodate special needs.
  • Employ CRM and TEM to communicate clearly in normal, abnormal, and emergency scenarios.
  • Champion the EJM service experience: identify improvements, resolve service deviations, and collaborate effectively with crew and internal partners.
  • Maintain required training and recency; comply with the company SMS and report safety or non-compliance concerns.
  • Perform additional duties as documented in the role’s essential functions.

🧰 What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of progressive pilot experience; prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred.
  • FAA type rating in the applicable fleet; able to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Core competencies: Service-Oriented, Curiosity, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Strives for Positive Results.
  • Demonstrated mastery of risk management, SOP discipline, SMS participation, and elevated passenger service.
  • Willingness to support a primarily domestic flying profile within a Part 135 environment.

⏱️ Minimum Flight Experience

  • Total Time: 3,500 hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000 hours (including 500 hours PIC MEL)
  • MEL: 1,500 hours
  • Instrument: 300 hours
  • Jet: 500 hours
