Take the right seat on a Bombardier Challenger 604 in a permanent role where safety, professionalism, and teamwork set the standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a jet-experienced First Officer to step into large-cabin operations with full type rating training provided.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as First Officer on Challenger 604 operations, supporting the Captain through all phases of flight.
- Plan, brief, and execute flights to the highest safety and compliance standards under company SOPs and TCCA regulations.
- Apply strong CRM in a two-crew environment, managing FMS, performance, and flight monitoring with precision.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and destinations while maintaining professionalism and exceptional passenger care.
- Participate in initial and recurrent training, contributing to a continuous improvement and safety-first culture.

- Bilingual fluency in English and French.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- Jet experience: Experience on turbojet aircraft
- License: TCCA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Languages: English and French
💡 Preferred experience
- International flight experience.
- Time on, or familiarity with, the Challenger 605 or a similar large-cabin business jet.
