Step into a permanent First Officer role on the Bombardier Challenger 604 with a team that prizes safety, professionalism, and service excellence. Non-type rated pilots are welcome—comprehensive type rating and training provided.
Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 604 for domestic and international missions, upholding all regulatory and company SOPs.
- Employ effective CRM to support the Captain in safe decision-making, workload management, and threat/error management.
- Assist with flight planning, performance calculations, fuel, weight and balance, and navigation across varied airspace environments, including international and oceanic procedures.
- Deliver a polished, discreet passenger experience with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Perform reliably under pressure, adapting to weather, schedule, and operational changes.
- Champion a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 2000 hours
- PIC time: 500 hours
- Jet time: 500 hours
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- License required: TCCA ATPL (valid and current)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ELP Level 4 or higher
- Mobility: Willing and able to travel without restriction
- Experience: Proven track record as a highly experienced First Officer; strong customer-service orientation; effective under pressure
- Eligibility: Meets ICAO requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
🌟 Preferred assets
- Type rating on the applicable aircraft preferred; Challenger 650 experience considered a strong asset
- International flying experience (including oceanic and remote operations) preferred
