We’re hiring a Challenger 604 First Officer to operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting the Aircraft Commander to deliver safe, efficient missions while serving as a professional, customer-facing ambassador for Draken. Your contribution will help protect our reputation for operational excellence and drive ongoing commercial success.
🧭 The Role
As a C604 First Officer, you’ll work closely with the Commander across all phases of flight, from planning to post-flight review. You will uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service while operating in a dynamic environment supporting government and defence tasks.
- Execute duties in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and robust CRM practices.
- Lead and support pre-flight preparation, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weight & balance.
- Operate to exacting standards in a complex airspace environment, maintaining situational awareness and sound judgment.
- Engage confidently with customers on the ground and in flight, ensuring professional, timely communication.
- Champion a just culture and safety-first mindset, contributing to FDM and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support training, currency, and standardisation activities to sustain operational readiness.

- Strong understanding of civil flight operations and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in military or government aviation is highly desirable.
- High levels of personal integrity, adaptability, and customer focus.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions.

📋 Minimum Requirements
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
- License req.: CPL, IR, MCC, ME, UPRT
- Open to Lic. Holders: UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
