Challenger 604 Captain (Training Provided)

As Captain on our CL-604, you will lead every mission with professionalism, precision, and hospitality. You will set the tone for safety and service, mentor crew members, and represent the flight department with confidence across domestic and international operations.

• Command CL-604 operations with uncompromising safety, compliance, and a just-culture mindset.
• Champion exceptional client care, ensuring a discreet, seamless, and anticipatory service experience.
• Exercise sound decision-making in dynamic environments; manage irregular operations with calm leadership.
• Lead effective crew resource management and collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams.
• Prepare and brief flights thoroughly, maintaining meticulous flight, duty, and technical records.
• Support training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

• Highly experienced Captain with a track record of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong customer service orientation and polished interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
• Willing and able to travel without restriction; flexible for varied schedules and trip lengths.

• Total Time: 4,500 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
• Jet Time: 2,000 hours
• License: ATPL
• Open to Licence Holders: TCCA
• Medical: Class 1
• Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4

• Type rating not required; structured training provided for the right candidate.
• Type rating on CL-604/605/650 preferred.
• Prior Challenger 650 experience is an asset.
• International flying experience preferred.
