✈️ The Opportunity
Command a Challenger 604 in commercial corporate operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada. You will set the standard for safety, service, and professionalism while representing a premium brand to discerning clients.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Lead all phases of flight operations as PIC with uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
- Plan and execute international missions, including performance, fuel, weather, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and discretion, ensuring a seamless, concierge-level passenger experience.
- Exercise sound judgment under pressure, making timely decisions in dynamic environments.
- Foster effective crew resource management, mentoring flight crew and supporting a just culture.
- Maintain aircraft readiness standards in coordination with dispatch, maintenance, and scheduling.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 4,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,500 hours
- Jet time: 500 hours
- License: ATPL — TCCA only
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Experience: Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain
- Customer focus: Strong service orientation with polished client interaction
- Performance under pressure: Ability to operate effectively in time-critical situations
- Travel: Willing and able to travel without restriction
- Eligibility: Must meet ICAO requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
🌟 Preferred Profile
- Challenger 604/605/650 type rating preferred (training provided if not typed)
- Challenger 650 experience considered a strong asset
- International flying experience and familiarity with global procedures (MNPS, NAT HLA, RVSM, PBN/RNP)
🧰 Training & Onboarding
Type rating training is provided for qualified candidates without a current CL-604 endorsement (NTR). You’ll complete comprehensive ground and simulator training followed by line indoctrination to ensure mission-ready proficiency.
🗺️ Operations & Travel
Expect a dynamic schedule supporting international sectors. You must be prepared for short-notice trips, varied duty periods, and cross-border operations while maintaining regulatory compliance and service excellence.
