Challenger 604 Captain – San Antonio (KSAT)

• Serve as Pilot in Command of the Challenger 604, assuming full responsibility for safe operation from dispatch to shutdown.
• Plan and conduct every flight prudently: review aircraft maintenance status, perform thorough preflight inspections per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual, and evaluate weather, facilities, and suitable alternates along the route.
• Operate in strict accordance with Solairus policies and procedures and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Protect the safety and comfort of passengers, aircraft, and crew at all times.
• Support an on-call schedule and international missions; complete all required trip paperwork accurately and promptly.

• Type rating on the Challenger 604 or a comparable aircraft.
• Current First Class medical certificate.
• Ability to support an on-call operation and complete annual ICAO international procedures training.
• Primary residence within two hours of KSAT, or willingness to relocate.

• 3,000 hours total time.
• 1,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
• 1,500 hours multi-engine land (MEL).
• 500 hours multi-engine PIC.
• 500 hours in turbojet aircraft.
• 250 hours instrument.

You’ll be based at San Antonio International Airport (KSAT). This is a full-time, on-call position supporting domestic and international operations.
