STA Jets is hiring a safety-first, service-driven Captain (Pilot in Command) for a Bombardier Challenger 604 based at KSNA (John Wayne Airport, Orange County). You’ll lead missions with professionalism, elevate the passenger experience, and thrive on a consistent 10 on / 10 off schedule.

🧰 What you’ll bring
- Certificates: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land) and current FAA First Class Medical.
- Type rating: CL-604 PIC Type Rating (ATP unrestricted).
- Flight-time minimums: 4,000 hours total time; 3,000 hours multi-engine total; 2,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine PIC; 250 hours PIC in type.
- Residency: Must reside in Southern California.
- Work authorization: U.S. residence or valid U.S. work authorization.

- Pay: $185,000–$225,000 base, commensurate with experience.
- Roster: 10 on / 10 off.
