✈️ The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dependable First Officer for the Challenger 604/605 to support a mix of standard charter flights and time-sensitive international medevac operations. You’ll operate to the highest safety standards, represent the company with professionalism, and deliver exceptional service in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Perform the duties and responsibilities of a First Officer on the Challenger 604/605 as specified in company SOPs.
- Operate both scheduled charter and international medevac missions with precision and care.
- Maintain strict compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, Transport Canada requirements, and CARs.
- Support flight planning, performance calculations, aircraft pre/post-flight activities, and effective crew resource management.
- Uphold outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot and/or Deputy Chief Pilot.
🧰 What You Bring
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), or IATRA/ITRA exams written.
- Current PPC and currency on an aircraft within the responsible grouping.
- Minimum 750 hours Total Time, 100 hours PIC, and 300 hours Multi-engine.
- Excellent decision-making, problem solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven customer service mindset.
🌟 Preferred
- Time on type (Challenger 604/605).
- International operational experience.
