Root Aviation Ltd is supporting a prestigious Middle East operator seeking accomplished Captains to join their Challenger 3500 program on a long‑term, direct‑hire basis. If you’re a seasoned leader with a passion for safety, service, and smooth entry‑into‑service operations, this is your runway.

Join a high‑caliber flight department and help shape a Challenger 3500 operation renowned for reliability, discretion, and VIP service. You’ll operate as Captain on the CL3500, ensuring exemplary safety standards, operational excellence, and a refined passenger experience across regional and intercontinental missions.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command Challenger 3500 operations with an unwavering focus on safety, SOP adherence, and passenger care.
- Lead flight preparation, performance planning, and risk assessment for diverse operating environments.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin teams to deliver seamless journeys.
- Champion a just‑culture environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support EIS activities and best practices for fleet maturity and reliability (highly advantageous).
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- ICAO ATPL with CL30 type rating plus differences course (validated/current).
- Medical: First Class.
- Total Time: 5,000+ hours.
- PIC: 2,000+ hours total, including 500+ hours PIC on the Challenger 3500.
- Clean safety record: no accidents/incidents.
- Age at application: under 59.
🌟 Preferred
- EIS experience on the CL3500 or comparable type is highly advantageous.
