Join Pentastar Aviation as the Pilot-in-Command of a Challenger 350 based in scenic Traverse City, Michigan. Lead safe, compliant, client-focused operations with a balanced schedule of approximately 225 flight hours per year.
✈️ The Opportunity
This is a Pilot-in-Command role carrying full responsibility for passenger and crew safety, regulatory compliance, and aircraft management on a Challenger 350. You’ll represent a respected business aviation brand while delivering exceptional, reliable service to discerning clients.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Captain (PIC) for all assigned Challenger 350 operations.
- Ensure uncompromising safety and adherence to FAA regulations, company SOPs, and industry best practices.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel/alternate planning, weather and NOTAM review, and comprehensive briefings.
- Lead a professional cockpit culture centered on effective CRM and outstanding passenger care.
- Oversee aircraft readiness, documentation, and coordination with maintenance and scheduling teams.
- Adapt to a dynamic schedule while maintaining high standards of preparedness and availability.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Valid ATP certificate (FAA) and First Class Medical.
- Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time.
- Demonstrated Pilot-in-Command experience and leadership in business aviation.
- Challenger 350/3500 experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to manage a changing work schedule.
- Residence within approximately 2 hours of Traverse City, MI.
