This is a Pilot-in-Command role carrying full responsibility for passenger and crew safety, regulatory compliance, and aircraft management on a Challenger 350. You’ll represent a respected business aviation brand while delivering exceptional, reliable service to discerning clients.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Captain (PIC) for all assigned Challenger 350 operations.
• Ensure uncompromising safety and adherence to FAA regulations, company SOPs, and industry best practices.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel/alternate planning, weather and NOTAM review, and comprehensive briefings.
• Lead a professional cockpit culture centered on effective CRM and outstanding passenger care.
• Oversee aircraft readiness, documentation, and coordination with maintenance and scheduling teams.
• Adapt to a dynamic schedule while maintaining high standards of preparedness and availability.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Valid ATP certificate (FAA) and First Class Medical.
• Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time.
• Demonstrated Pilot-in-Command experience and leadership in business aviation.
• Challenger 350/3500 experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a changing work schedule.
• Residence within approximately 2 hours of Traverse City, MI.
