✈️ The Opportunity

As Pilot in Command, you’ll own end-to-end flight operations for a high-performance business jet, ensuring safe, efficient, and polished experiences for owners and guests. You’ll set the tone for cockpit leadership, drive procedural excellence, and serve as an ambassador for Chantilly Air’s standards on every leg.

• Command Part 91 flights on a Challenger 350 based in Boca Raton (KBCT).
• Deliver meticulous preflight planning, risk assessment, and real-time decision-making.
• Lead crews with professionalism, clear communication, and an unwavering safety mindset.
• Represent the operation with discretion and outstanding client service.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute domestic and international missions in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Manage flight risk, weather, performance, fuel, and alternates; ensure precise weight and balance.
• Coordinate with maintenance, dispatch, FBOs, and vendors to keep operations on-time and on-standard.
• Model CRM best practices; mentor SICs and uphold a strong safety culture.
• Maintain current manuals, training, and records; support audits and continuous improvement.

🧰 What You Bring

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP/ATPL) — required.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit — required.
• Current FAA First Class Medical — required.
• Valid passport; eligible and authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English (read/speak/write).
• Preferred experience:
  • 3,000+ hours total time
  • 3,000+ hours multi-engine fixed-wing
  • 2,000+ hours PIC fixed-wing
  • 500+ hours PIC turbine jet
  • Business jet and international experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

🧿 Standards & Clearances

• No accidents or incidents on record.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.
• Comprehensive PRIA background check (including any incidents/accidents), credit check, DMV check with valid driver’s license, and employment verification.
• Meets current international travel requirements related to COVID-19.
• Ability to relocate and reside within 2 hours of Boca Raton Airport (KBCT).
