SkyShare is growing and seeking an experienced Captain to lead safe, seamless, white‑glove operations on a managed Bombardier Challenger 350 based in Salt Lake City. ✈️ The Opportunity
Join a private aviation leader offering fractional ownership, on-demand charters, managed aircraft services, and FBO/Fuel solutions. As Captain on a dedicated CL350, you’ll be the standard‑bearer for safety, professionalism, and client service—planning and executing trips that may span multiple time zones and diverse weather, with a fluid schedule driven by owner needs.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Ensure every flight is safe, compliant, efficient, and delivered with exemplary service.
- Adhere to all FAA regulations, company policies, SOPs, and checklists.
- Plan and conduct trips of up to 14 flight duty hours per day and as many as eight consecutive days.
- Operate across multiple time zones and rapidly changing weather conditions with a safety‑first mindset.
- Communicate clearly with the owner, crew, dispatch/operations, maintenance, and FBOs.
- Exhibit sound judgment, high accountability, and effective rest/sleep management for flight readiness.
- Represent the owner and SkyShare professionally at all times; anticipate needs and deliver the wow.
- Occasionally move and secure items up to 80 lbs and competently handle and care for animals before, during, and after flights.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure aircraft readiness in collaboration with maintenance.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Flight Time: 4,500+ total; 3,000+ PIC; 1,000+ multi‑engine; 800+ jet; 300+ instrument; 300+ hours in the Challenger 300/350 series.
- Certificates: FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category/class; ATP unrestricted preferred.
- Medical & Permits: Valid FAA First‑Class Medical; FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit; FAA Instrument Rating.
- Authorization & Documents: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; valid U.S. passport and driver’s license.
- IFR Proficiency: Current IFR knowledge and recency.
- Professional Traits: Stellar communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving; adaptability; discretion and confidentiality; polished client presentation.
- Location: Reside within ~2 hours of SLC or be willing to relocate within two months.

📅 Schedule & Operations
- Owner‑driven, fluid schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Trips may require several consecutive overnights in hotels; expect time away from home.
- Guaranteed 8 hard days off per month.

- Salary: $220,000–$230,000 annually
