✈️ The Role
As First Officer (SIC), you will support the PIC in the safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant operation of every flight. You will help deliver a refined passenger experience while upholding the highest standards of a corporate/charter environment. Expect a dynamic schedule across domestic and international routes with the backing of robust dispatch, training, and maintenance resources.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Work in close coordination with the PIC to plan and execute flights under CARs 604 and 704.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, and weight and balance.
- Operate the Challenger CL-30 to company SOPs, manufacturer guidance, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage FMS, avionics, and navigation duties; monitor fuel, systems, and aircraft performance throughout all phases of flight.
- Apply strong CRM and threat and error management to ensure safety and precision.
- Execute international procedures, customs/immigration coordination, and operational documentation as required.
- Deliver a polished cabin experience in partnership with the dedicated cabin attendant; represent the brand with professionalism.
- Support post-flight debriefs, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives within a proactive SMS culture.

- Proven professionalism in corporate/business aviation environments; service mindset and discretion.
- Comfort operating medium to large aircraft in varied weather, airspace, and international contexts.
- Strong technical aptitude with modern avionics/FMS and disciplined SOP adherence.
- Excellent communication, situational awareness, and teamwork in a multi-crew environment.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and adapt to non-scheduled operations.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 2,000 hours
- PIC: 500 hours
- Jet: 100 hours
- Flight Time Notes: Medium to large aircraft experience; Corporate aviation experience
- Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)
- Licences: TCCA with IATRA, IR, ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Citizenship/Work Authorization: Ability to travel outside Canada; visa sponsorship not provided
