  • Serve as PIC on the Challenger 300, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Plan and execute charter missions in coordination with dispatch, maintenance, and client services.
  • Deliver a polished client experience while maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism.
  • Lead and mentor the SIC, fostering strong crew resource management.
  • Oversee preflight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM reviews, and postflight documentation.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Current Challenger 300 type rating.
  • Meets or exceeds company/FAA minimum flight-time qualifications to serve as PIC under Part 135.
  • Current FAA First or Second Class Medical (as applicable).
