🧭 The Opportunity
Lead from the left seat as the dedicated Captain for a well-supported Challenger 300 program. You will hold full command responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient operations while delivering an exceptional owner and passenger experience on every leg.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on all flights, ensuring adherence to FAA regulations, company SOPs, and Part 135 requirements.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weight and balance, weather/NOTAM review, and risk assessment.
- Lead and coordinate a two-pilot operation; collaborate closely with a dedicated maintenance technician for aircraft readiness.
- Deliver polished, discreet, and anticipatory service to owners and passengers throughout the journey.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure aircraft cleanliness, security, and presentation standards.
🌟 What You’ll Bring
- Total Time: Minimum 3,500 hours
- Pilot in Command: Minimum 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): Minimum 1,500 hours (including 500 hours PIC MEL)
- Instrument: Minimum 300 hours
- Jet Time: Minimum 500 hours
- Type Rating: CL-300 strongly preferred
- Licensing: Valid FAA ATPL
- Experience: Prior Part 135 corporate/business aviation experience
- Clearances: Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Capabilities: Ability to perform the essential functions of the position

- Salary Range: $160,000 – $325,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
