Challenger 300 Captain (PIC) – Las Vegas

🧭 The Opportunity

Lead from the left seat as the dedicated Captain for a well-supported Challenger 300 program. You will hold full command responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient operations while delivering an exceptional owner and passenger experience on every leg.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command on all flights, ensuring adherence to FAA regulations, company SOPs, and Part 135 requirements.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weight and balance, weather/NOTAM review, and risk assessment.
• Lead and coordinate a two-pilot operation; collaborate closely with a dedicated maintenance technician for aircraft readiness.
• Deliver polished, discreet, and anticipatory service to owners and passengers throughout the journey.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure aircraft cleanliness, security, and presentation standards.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

• Total Time: Minimum 3,500 hours
• Pilot in Command: Minimum 2,000 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): Minimum 1,500 hours (including 500 hours PIC MEL)
• Instrument: Minimum 300 hours
• Jet Time: Minimum 500 hours
• Type Rating: CL-300 strongly preferred
• Licensing: Valid FAA ATPL
• Experience: Prior Part 135 corporate/business aviation experience
• Clearances: Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Capabilities: Ability to perform the essential functions of the position
