As the CL300 Captain, you will take command of safe, efficient operations while upholding first-class service for clients. You’ll lead by example, championing a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail on every leg.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command of the Challenger 300, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
- Lead the flight crew with strong CRM, clear communication, and sound decision-making.
- Deliver exceptional client service with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain aircraft and operational readiness in coordination with company procedures and regulations.
🌟 What You’ll Bring
- Certificates: ATP/ATPL required.
- Type Rating: CL30 (Challenger 300) type rating required.
- Experience: 3,000+ hours total time; 1,000+ hours multi-engine; 750+ hours turbine; 100+ hours time-in-type.
- Service Mindset: Excellent customer service skills and a consistently positive, professional attitude.
- Residency: Must live within 2 hours of KDAL (Dallas Love Field).
