🧭 The Mission

Lead safe, professional, and customer-centered operations as the PIC of a type-rated Challenger 300. You will set the tone for excellence on every leg, partnering with your crew to deliver on-time, compliant, and polished service for Part 91 and Part 135 flights.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Captain the Challenger 300 with uncompromising safety, compliance, and airmanship.
  • Collaborate within a 3-person crew to plan, brief, and execute each mission to standard.
  • Deliver a refined, customer-first experience with strong interpersonal communication.
  • Maintain currency, training, and records in accordance with company and FAA requirements.
  • Demonstrate calm, decisive leadership and sound judgment in all phases of flight.

🧾 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,500 hours
  • PIC Time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 2,000 hours
  • Time in Type: 100 hours (Challenger 300/CL-30)
  • Type Rating: Required (Challenger 300/CL-30)
  • License: ATP — FAA
  • Medical: First Class
  • Record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia

Preferred: Additional time in type is strongly preferred.
