Help deliver a world‑class flight experience as the right hand to the Captain on our CL‑30 fleet operating on-demand Part 135 missions, domestic and international.
✈️ Your mission
- Serve as First Officer on the CL‑30, executing safe, efficient flights under Part 135.
- Lead meticulous preflight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and international requirements.
- Program and verify FMS, manage checklists, and monitor all phases of flight with disciplined CRM.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground services to ensure on‑time operations and exceptional client care.
- Maintain aircraft and crew documentation, training currency, and regulatory compliance across domestic and international operations.
🧭 What you’ll bring
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi‑tasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Solid computer proficiency across word processing, email, and web/mobile applications.
- Passionate attention to detail and a collaborative, team‑first mindset.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance aligned with company standards.
- Valid passport and ability to obtain/maintain CANPASS for unrestricted commercial travel to/from Canada.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 2,000 hours
- Multi‑Engine: 250 hours
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: First Class
- Type Rating: CL‑30 required
- Work Authorization: Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States; two forms of federal identification required.
🌟 Preferred qualifications
- At least 2,500 hours total time and 500 hours multi‑engine.
- Recent time and/or type rating in a Challenger 300/350 or regional jet.
- International operations experience and strong customer‑service focus.
