Join a high-performing Part 135 flight department as a type-rated First Officer on the Challenger 300/350 (CL30). You’ll help deliver safe, smooth, and service-focused flights across domestic and international routes while upholding the highest professional standards.
🧭 Your mission
Partner with the Captain to plan and execute every flight with precision. From preflight through postflight, you’ll apply sound judgment, crisp communication, and uncompromising compliance to deliver a seamless experience for passengers and crew.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Support the PIC in all phases of flight: routing, fuel planning, performance, weight and balance, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Operate the CL30 to the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and passenger service under FAR Part 135.
- Adhere to company SOPs, checklist discipline, and effective CRM at all times.
- Coordinate international procedures and documentation in compliance with FAA, ICAO, and other applicable authorities.
- Maintain aircraft readiness with meticulous attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and timely reporting.
- Deliver clear, confident communication with crew, dispatch/operations, and passengers.
🌟 What you bring
- Working knowledge of all FARs applicable to Part 135 operations.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with advanced multi-tasking capabilities in dynamic environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with word processing, email, and web-based and/or mobile applications.
- Passionate attention to detail and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Ability to present a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times in line with company standards.
- Valid passport and the ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS for unrestricted commercial travel to/from Canada.
📏 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 250 hours
- Type rating: Required (CL30 strongly preferred; other transport-category types considered)
- License required: ATP
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Passport: Valid, with international travel eligibility
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- CANPASS: Ability to obtain and maintain authorization
➕ Preferred qualifications
- At least 2,500 hours total time
- At least 500 hours multi-engine
- Current type rating in a Challenger or regional jet

- This position is classified as Safety-Sensitive under FAA regulations and is subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with FAA guidelines.
- Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, including verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and other relevant screening.
- Must provide two forms of federal identification.
