✈️ The Opportunity
As a Challenger 300/350 First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and professional flight operations across domestic and international destinations. You will partner closely with the Captain, dispatch, maintenance, and client services to deliver a seamless, premium travel experience while adhering to all regulatory and company standards.
🧭 What You'll Do
- Execute all First Officer duties in accordance with FAA Part 135, ICAO, and company SOPs.
- Lead thorough preflight planning, performance and weight/balance, and international documentation checks.
- Maintain exceptional situational awareness, systems monitoring, and checklist discipline from engine start to shutdown.
- Collaborate with the Captain to manage fuel strategy, weather and NOTAMs, alternates, and diversion planning.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance control, and FBOs to ensure on-time, customer-ready departures.
- Represent the flight department with a polished, service-forward presence while safeguarding safety and confidentiality.
- Maintain currency, training, and records to company and regulatory standards; uphold a strong safety culture.
🧰 What You Bring
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135 operations.
- Thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities in a high-tempo environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with word processing, email, and web-based/mobile applications.
- Passionate attention to detail and a collaborative, team-centric approach.
- Ability to present a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times, adhering to company standards.
- Valid passport and ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 250 hours
- Type Rating: Required (Challenger 300/350 preferred)
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: First Class
- Identification: Able to provide two forms of Federal ID
🧾 Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2,500 hours Total Time
- At least 500 hours Multi-Engine
- Current or recent type on Challenger 300/350 or a regional jet
