✈️ The Opportunity
As a First Officer on the Challenger 300/350, you will operate within Vista America’s business aviation network, partnering with the Captain and Flight Operations team to deliver safe, seamless journeys and an exceptional passenger experience. Enjoy the flexibility of home basing anywhere in the U.S. while flying a premier super-midsize platform on a predictable 15/13 schedule.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate as First Officer within Vista America’s business aviation operations on the CL300/350.
- Report to the Flight Operations Manager and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger service.
- Work closely with the Captain to execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and applicable FAA/ICAO regulations.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Flight time: At least 1,500 hours fixed-wing total time, including 750 hours PIC and 250 hours multi-engine.
- Licensing: FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (CPL) and completed ATP written examination.
- Medical: Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the preceding five years.
- Standards: Meets applicable ICAO Annex 1, Section 2.1.10 requirements for international multi-pilot operations.
- Recency: Minimum 150 flight hours in the preceding 365 days and 30 hours in the preceding 90 days.
- Proficiency: No more than two checkride failures.
- Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States.
- Mobility: Ability to travel to destinations served by the operator.

- Challenger 300 type rating.
- Previous jet experience.
