🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Challenger 300/350 in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and the highest safety standards.
- Support all phases of flight: planning, performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, W&B, navigation, FMS programming, and checklists.
- Deliver a polished, client-first experience while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Practice effective CRM and contribute to a proactive safety culture, including SMS reporting.
- Maintain aircraft readiness standards and support dispatch, ground, and maintenance coordination as required.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- Licences: CPL, IR, ME (issued by TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Passport: Valid Canadian passport
- Clearances: Eligible for RAIC; satisfactory criminal record check
- Training Approval: Ability to obtain TSA approval to initiate training in the United States
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a variable schedule and travel as operationally required
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- 500+ hours turbine time
- ATPL-A (or equivalent written exams completed)
- Recent multi-crew IFR in turbine equipment
- Glass cockpit/FMS proficiency and strong SOP discipline
- Corporate/business aviation experience and polished client service
📚 Training & Type Rating
No type rating required. Successful candidates will complete company-provided Challenger CL30 training and recurrent programs. Commencement of training is contingent on obtaining the necessary TSA approval.

- Open to TCCA licence holders only.
- Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Ability to meet all security and background requirements, including RAIC eligibility.
