Challenger 300/350 Captain – Worldwide Operations

🧭 Your mission

• Captain the Challenger CL30 series in domestic and international operations with uncompromising safety and professionalism.
• Execute all phases of flight: planning, performance, fuel, weight and balance, FMS programming, and flight release coordination.
• Operate in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and international procedures for operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
• Deliver a refined, customer-centric experience; anticipate needs and communicate with poise under pressure.
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure on-time, on-standard departures.
• Model a just culture: lead by example, mentor, and uphold the highest safety and service standards.

🧰 What you bring (Minimum requirements)

• Total Time: 3,000+ hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000+ hours
• Jet Time: 500+ hours
• License: Valid ATPL (TCCA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required – CL30 training provided for selected candidates
• Eligibility: Meets ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
• Professionalism: Strong customer service orientation; proven ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Travel: Willing and able to travel without restriction

🌟 Preferred qualifications

• Challenger 3500 experience (strong asset)
• International flying experience and familiarity with global procedures
• Recent experience in customer-facing corporate/charter operations
• A track record as a highly experienced Captain with exemplary decision-making

🎓 Training and progression

No type rating? No problem. For qualified Captains, we provide CL30 type rating and recurrent training focused on standardization, safety leadership, and operational excellence.
