Jet Linx is seeking a type-rated Pilot in Command to lead safe, polished operations on our super midsize Challenger 300/350 for Part 91 and 135 flying. If you deliver exceptional airmanship and five-star client service, we’d love to hear from you.
✈️ The mission
As Captain, you will set the standard for safety, professionalism, and hospitality while managing end-to-end flight operations.
- Serve as Pilot in Command on scheduled and on-demand missions, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management under 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135.
- Lead flight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, and weight & balance to mission requirements.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the SIC, Flight Control, Maintenance, and client stakeholders to deliver an elevated, on-time experience.
- Execute disciplined SOPs, checklists, and SMS practices from preflight through postflight.
- Represent Jet Linx with exceptional cockpit resource management and client-facing professionalism.
🧭 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours
- PIC in Type: 250 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours
- Turbine PIC: 500 hours
- Jet: 1,500 hours
- Jet PIC: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Certificates: ATP (FAA) with CL‑30 type rating
- Medical: First Class
🧰 Additional requirements
- Current passport and FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license
- Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with random drug/alcohol testing as required
- Ability to release and pass an FAA Pilot Records Database review with a System Chief Pilot
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operationally required
- Live within, or be willing to relocate within, a 2-hour call-out of the aircraft
🌟 Preferred
- Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in CL‑30 within the last 24 months
🗓️ Schedule & base
- Employment: Permanent, full-time
- Operations: Part 91/135 on a super midsize jet
- Call-out: Within 2 hours of aircraft location
