Step into the left seat of a Bombardier Challenger CL30 series (300/350) and deliver exceptional, safe, and polished operations. This is a permanent Captain opportunity with training provided — no current type rating required. 🧭 What you’ll do
- Captain CL30 series aircraft with uncompromising focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and passenger experience.
- Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including cross-border operations to the United States.
- Lead the crew: set the tone in the flight deck, mentor the SIC, and foster a just culture aligned with SMS.
- Own preflight preparation: performance calculations, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM review, MEL/CDL application, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handling to ensure punctual, seamless operations.
- Champion high standards of professionalism: cabin briefings, discreet VIP service, and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
🧰 Minimum flight experience
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command: 1,000 hours PIC
- Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Flight Time Notes: 1,000 hours multi-turbine PIC
🌟 Preferred credentials
- Licence: ATPL-A
- Recent Part 91/135 or 703/704/705 operations experience and strong customer-service ethos.
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern FMS, performance tools, and data-driven decision-making.
🔐 Clearances & eligibility
- Security: Ability to obtain a RAIC and satisfactory criminal record check
- Training Approval: Ability to obtain approval from United States TSA to initiate training
- Passport: Valid passport with international travel eligibility
- Licence Holders: Open to TCCA licence holders
