✈️ Challenger 300/350 Captain (CL30)
Step into the left seat of a modern super-midsize jet. As the Flight Captain on the Bombardier Challenger 300/350 (CL30), you’ll lead safe, efficient operations across North America. Non-type-rated captains are welcome—full type training is provided. Expect a dynamic schedule with approximately 75% travel and frequent cross-border ops requiring CANPASS compliance.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on the Challenger 300/350 (CL30), exercising sound judgment and uncompromising safety.
- Plan and execute domestic and cross-border missions in full compliance with FARs and CANPASS requirements.
- Lead effective CRM, adhere to SOPs, and apply robust risk management in varied operating environments.
- Oversee performance planning, fuel strategy, weight and balance, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Deliver a polished, discreet passenger experience—brief to block-in—while representing the operation with professionalism.
- Maintain currency and training, including the recent flight experience prescribed by FAR 61.57 and the pilot-in-command proficiency check prescribed in FAR 61.58.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-command (PIC): 1,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: First-Class (FAA)
- Currency: Must possess the recent flight experience prescribed by FAR 61.57, and the pilot-in-command proficiency check prescribed in FAR 61.58
- Eligibility: Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
- Passport & CANPASS: Current passport; able to comply with CANPASS rules and requirements
