Challenger 300/350 Captain (CL30) – Private & Charter Operations

✈️ Lead the flight deck as our next Challenger 300/350 Captain

As Captain (PIC) on a dedicated CL30, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of both private and charter missions. Your airmanship, leadership, and attention to detail will uphold our commitment to regulatory compliance and exceptional service.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Operation: CARs 604 (Private, non-revenue) and 704 (Charter, revenue), domestic & international
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR welcome)
  • Team: Assigned aircraft with a 3-pilot crew and a dedicated cabin attendant
  • Support: Full flight support and dedicated maintenance
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as PIC on CL30 missions, ensuring safety, compliance, and exemplary passenger experience.
  • Conduct flight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments in accordance with CARs, company SOPs, and SMS.
  • Operate a mix of 604 (private, non-revenue) and 704 (charter, revenue) non-scheduled flights across domestic and international destinations.
  • Lead a cohesive three-pilot team and collaborate with a dedicated cabin attendant to deliver seamless, discreet service.
  • Oversee all phases of flight—preflight to postflight—coordinating with flight support and maintenance for on-time, high-standard operations.
  • Champion safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement while representing our brand with clients and partners.

🧰 What you bring

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours minimum
  • Command Time: 1,000 hours PIC
  • Jet Command: 500 hours jet PIC
  • Licence: ATPL — TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required — company training provided
  • Experience: Large aircraft and corporate aviation experience
  • Work Authorization: Ability to work in Canada
  • Mobility: Ability to travel outside Canada
