Step into a permanent Captain role on the Challenger 300/350 series. If you’re a seasoned jet pilot with proven command time in multi-crew operations, we’ll invest in your type rating and onboarding. Applicants must hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Type Rating: Not required — Training provided (NTR welcome)
  • Licences accepted: EASA or UK CAA
  • Minimum licence & ratings: CPL + IR + ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP level 4+
  • Work authorisation: Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK

Successful candidates will complete company-provided type training and line indoctrination on the Challenger 300/350 family.

🧭 The Opportunity

Lead from the left seat on one of the world’s premier super-midsize business jets. You’ll set the tone for safety, professionalism, and passenger experience, working within a high-performance multi-crew environment and a robust safety culture.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command safe, compliant, and efficient Challenger 300/350 operations in all phases of flight.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck, championing CRM, SOP discipline, and a just culture.
  • Own flight preparation: performance, mass & balance, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM review, and alternates.
  • Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and SMS reporting standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with discretion and service-minded professionalism.
  • Maintain personal currency, training records, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 3,000+ hours
  • Multi‑engine jet time: 1,000+ hours
  • Command time: At least 1,000 hours as PIC in a multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet environment
  • Licence & ratings: CPL, IR, ME (EASA or UK CAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided on type

💡 Preferred

  • Current and valid Challenger 350/3500 type rating (preference given to current TR holders).
