Step into a permanent Captain role on the Challenger 300/350 (CL30) and lead safe, polished operations with a strong focus on professionalism, CRM, and passenger experience. Type rating training is available for the right NTR candidate.
🧭 Your mission
- Serve as Captain/PIC on CL30-series aircraft, delivering safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Lead a multi-crew cockpit, championing strong CRM, SOP adherence, and a high-performance culture.
- Coordinate seamlessly with flight ops and maintenance to ensure dispatch reliability and client satisfaction.
- Maintain currency, training, and documentation in line with regulatory and company standards.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3000 hours
- Multi-engine jet: 1000 hours
- Flight time notes: At least 1000 command hours in a Multi-Crew, Multi-Engine jet environment
- License required: CPL, IR, ME
- Accepted licenses: EASA, UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
🌟 Preferred
- Type rating: Valid Challenger 350/3500 rating (CL30 family) — preference given
Candidates holding a current CL350/3500 type rating will be prioritized.
📚 Training
We welcome NTR applicants who meet the experience thresholds. Comprehensive type training will be provided for successful candidates.
