Challenger 300/350 Captain — CL‑30 Type-Rated

• Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations under applicable FARs.
• Lead all phases of flight: planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, briefings, and decision-making.
• Program and manage the FMS and automated avionics, leveraging EFIS proficiency for precise execution.
• Coordinate seamlessly with crew and ground teams; set the tone for SOP adherence, CRM, and a strong safety culture.
• Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion, professionalism, and proactive communication.
• Maintain aircraft standards through accurate documentation, checklist discipline, and continuous training.

• Total Time: 2,000+ hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 1,000+ hours
• Jet Time: 500+ hours
• Type Rating: Current CL‑30 type rating (Challenger 300/350) — required
• License: ATP (Accepted: FAA)
• Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
• Systems Experience: FMS and automated cockpit EFIS experience
• Record: No aircraft accidents or incidents within the preceding 5 years
• Compliance: No past or pending FAA violations within the preceding 5 years
• Travel: Able to possess a valid passport

• Recent experience as Captain under Part 91, Part 121, or Part 135.
• Time in type on the Bombardier Challenger 300/350 or similar super-midsize jets.
• Proven leadership, exceptional CRM, and a proactive safety mindset.
