🧭 Your mission
As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger‑focused operations on the Citation XLS+ across Germany and Europe. You’ll manage all phases of flight, champion CRM and SMS best practices, and represent Aerowest with professionalism on every sector.
- Plan and execute flights in compliance with all company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Deliver a high‑service experience for passengers while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Work closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure on‑time, reliable operations.
- Uphold exemplary cockpit discipline, airmanship, and crew leadership.
🧰 What you’ll need
- Valid ATPL(A).
- Current C56X/Citation XLS+ type rating.
- Minimum 500 hours jet experience.
- Proven PIC experience on Citation aircraft.
- Valid EU passport without restrictions.
- Valid medical certificate (ZÜP) and Class B driver’s license.
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance, excellent manners, and strong physical fitness.
- High service orientation, reliability, and flexibility.
- Residence in Germany with access to an adequate commercial airport.
