AirSprint is hiring experienced Cessna Citation Captains across Canada. You’ll lead safe, polished operations across the Americas, Hawaii, Europe and beyond, pairing sharp airmanship and SOP discipline with the white-glove service expected in premium private aviation.

  • Location: Canada — multiple base locations
  • Fleet: Cessna Citation series
  • Roster: 16 on/12 off; 14/14; 18/10
  • Typical routes: Americas, Hawaii, Europe and beyond
  • Minimum hours: 3,000 total time | 1,000 PIC
  • Licences: CPL, ATPL (ICAO)
  • Reports to: Chief Pilot

As a Citation Captain, you’ll command AirSprint aircraft with professionalism and precision. The role blends sound pilot decision-making, strict adherence to company procedures, and agile, owner-focused service. Expect variety—unknown destinations, dynamic schedules, and a collaborative team behind you to keep every trip safe, seamless and memorable.

📋 What you’ll do

  • Operate Citation aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Exercise strong PIC judgment and adhere to SOPs while adapting to changing destinations and daily operations
  • Respond promptly to irregular operations and maintain professional, owner-centric communication
  • Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance and owner services to deliver a seamless experience
  • Uphold AirSprint values in every interaction: Safety, Service, People, Integrity, Humility and Community

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3,000 hours total time and 1,000 hours PIC
  • Valid Canadian CPL and ATPL (ICAO)
  • Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas for travel in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, South America and Western Europe
  • Ability to travel to the United States for training as a passenger
  • Eligible for RAIC and Corporate CBSA CANPASS
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment alcohol and drug test
  • Physical ability to regularly lift, push or pull at least 30 lb
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, standards-driven environment; technically and analytically focused
  • Decisive problem-solver who communicates clearly within defined team roles
  • Bonus: Aviation degree/diploma, jet experience, time on type, and corporate aviation experience
