As a Captain on the Cessna Citation C525, you will lead premium charter missions from Dortmund across Germany and Europe. You will combine precise, compliant operations with warm, discreet service—representing Star Wings to clients who value professionalism, punctuality, and safety above all.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Command C525 flights to deliver safe, efficient, and on‑time operations under EASA regulations (IFR/VFR as required).
• Provide an exceptional passenger experience with a polished, client‑first approach.
• Lead flight preparation: performance and weight & balance, fuel strategy, alternates, weather and NOTAMs, and adherence to FTL and duty requirements.
• Uphold SOPs, SMS, and strong CRM while mentoring colleagues and supporting a just safety culture.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and training teams to keep operations smooth and aircraft mission‑ready.
• Adapt to dynamic schedules, routes, and client needs typical of executive charter flying.
