Cessna Caravan First Officer – Tangará da Serra, Brazil

✈️ The Opportunity

As First Officer, you will support safe, efficient Caravan operations from preflight through post-flight. You’ll collaborate with control agencies and suppliers, maintain operational readiness, and ensure strict compliance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with control agencies, suppliers, and other aircraft to gather weather, air traffic, and airport-condition information.
• Support flight planning, including stand/slot coordination as required by airports, and verify all necessary onboard documentation.
• Assist with thorough external and internal ground inspections to safeguard aircraft condition and cabin-service readiness for passengers.
• Support navigation and operate aircraft systems per the established flight plan, applying ATC rules and safety procedures at all times.
• Advise on route feasibility, applicable regulations, and operating conditions to enable sound go/no-go decisions.
• Record aircraft data to control flight hours and track flight-related and travel expenses.
• Monitor the aircraft maintenance schedule and report discrepancies promptly.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Valid CMA (aviation medical certificate).
• Valid MNTE rating and valid IFR rating.
• English proficiency ICAO Level 4 or higher (preferred).
• Completed secondary education (or higher).
• Availability to live and work in Tangará da Serra, Mato Grosso.

🕓 Minimum Flight Experience

• 1,500 total hours on turboprop aircraft.
• 200 hours Pilot-in-Command on the Cessna Caravan model.
