Surf Air Mobility is seeking C208 First Officers. This is an opportunity to join a company focused on electric aviation and expanding regional air travel. It is the largest U.S. passenger operator of Cessna Caravans.
✈️ Role overview
As a First Officer on the Cessna Caravan (C208), you will help deliver safe, reliable regional service while contributing to Surf Air Mobility’s mission to advance sustainable, electric-powered air travel.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the C208 in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations, supporting the Captain in all phases of flight.
- Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weight-and-balance.
- Conduct normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with strong checklist discipline and crew resource management.
- Deliver excellent passenger care, safety briefings, and a service-forward travel experience.
- Maintain accurate flight and operational records and participate in safety and training initiatives.

- Required: ATPL.
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and collaborative CRM.
- Comfort operating in dynamic regional environments and into shorter fields common to Caravan operations.
- Experience on the C208 or comparable single‑engine turbine aircraft is a plus.
