Cessna Caravan (C208) First Officer – Kenya

✈️ The opportunity

ALS Limited (Fly ALS), a leading Kenyan air charter operator, is seeking capable and committed First Officers to join our Cessna Caravan (C208) team. You’ll fly diverse missions, support safe and efficient operations, and embrace regional deployments outside Kenya for 4–6 weeks at a time.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Support the Captain to safely operate the Cessna Caravan (C208) across varied routes and environments.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and briefings in line with company SOPs.
• Execute multi-sector days and remote operations while maintaining the highest safety and customer service standards.
• Adapt to deployments outside Kenya for 4–6 week periods to meet operational needs.
• Operate two aircraft types as required by the operation.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• C208 type rating.
• ME/IR.
• Valid Kenyan CPL.
• Minimum six hours flown within the last six months.
• Gas turbine and Performance A rating.
• Willingness to operate away from Kenya for periods of four to six weeks.
• Willingness to operate two types of aircraft.
• Ability to commit to ALS for a minimum period of five years.
